We want you to love your Rare Beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used condition to qualify for a full refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
